Minimalist villa with imposing swimming pool in Ciudad Quesada.
This is a modern style two-storey house with a beautiful garden with artificial grass ( with rain drainage system ), privat pool and rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and nearby salt lakes.
Entering the villa from the front there is a spacious living room, dining room and American style kitchen. At the same level there is a bedroom with a private bathroom and wardrobe ( laundry and garage too ). On the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathrooms . The air-conditioning is cool and heat and in the all house working underflor heating.
Materials used in the construction of the house: the bath porcelains are Villeroy & Boch, the tiles are from Berdelli, the lighting is branded Artemide, doors and windows were supplied by Finstral.
In the nearby shopping park there are shops, bank branches, restaurants and supermarket. The golden sands beach is 8-9, Alicante is 35-40 minutes drive away.
